In one word or phrase, you can alter a lifetime. The anywhere anytimeness of dolling out rewards, relief, or the greatest of puffery to plump the condition of anyone or anything outside of your own frame is backed with the same tingles that zing our warmth for all things Mary Poppins or Harry Potter. It’s the opportunity to convert things around, downside things up, or add a spot of terrific turvy to any precarious topsyness wanting to quelch our pizzazz. You’d think it would be enough that we know survival itself is a mysterious complexity. But to add the varied complexions this throws our way on any given day presents challenges to keeping one’s effectiveness in check. My ability to spin as much energetic animation in my own mind, not to mention sharing it with others, has been based on the countless efforts courteously won through easy flattery received from others.

There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up. ~John Holmes

Greasing the wheels of anyone’s perambulating is a most worthy cause. You likely know it’s way more fun to strut the living parade feeling fantabulous. The peculiarly of how quickly humans can be knocked off our guard is a conundrum of our psyche. Granting all this, the turn to effulgence arrives like that piece of cake after your first Tough Mudder. There are a lot of ‘don’t have to’s’ around these planetary parts. Yet, the act of clearly placing gratis tips boosts both sides. I offered a nod of gratitude to the epic superstar eco-conscious private villa Sweet Bocas Panamathat just hosted a business group I’m involved with by including a glorious photo from my arrival there as a post on my Instagram tagging them. Dripping honey from your mouth by means of swimmingly dousing expressively moving words to your fellow mortals is King in the land of bonuses.

Lots of people want to ride with you in the limo, but what you want is someone who will take the bus with you when the limo breaks down. ~Oprah Winfrey

While incredibly convenient to be a hotshot when you’re on top of the world, the cloudier moments test you if struck with some poor luck or licking your wounds. Swooping in with blandishment when the going is a rough ride is simply the right thing to do. Who cares about the lavishness lingering, getting only A marks, or those perky people who only showcase their glam. Mitigating any damper days can switch the sadness to silly and spin distress into impressiveness. What we really ache for are the real bodies. Seek persons who will not only walk the fire with us but stay by our side tending the burns or beginning the boxing class after our bruises occurred. Indeed I’m a fan of mushy sentiments and gushing toe-curling verbiage. Sure, I aim to find patriots of my similar persuasion. However, the main gain in each same instant is that I’m eternally yearning to soften a life.

The most beautiful people are those who bring out the beauty in others. ~Matshona Dhliwayo

Oh, laud, your rule is wide and plentiful. It takes two to make a thing go right. And you have the power to make it outta sight! If gallantry was as plentiful as the oil that gas stations pump out, I dare say we’d still be spending the money to fill our tanks we’re in such need of gentle attention. Practice your ability to drop some sugar bombs on any personality. I’ll bet there are strangers you pass every day that you’ve never bothered to acknowledge. Align with the clarity that something as little as eye contact during your “Thank you” for anyone of them holding a door, pushing an elevator button, giving you your change, letting you in their car lane, or carefully wrapping your produce could make all the difference. There is security in being one of the good guys/gals(#lgbtq alike). We are the future that can tackle the sh*t, as we’ve sat in its stink and bloomed roses. Simple has only ever hoped to be this smooth.

A smile is like an instant facelift and an instant mood lift. ~Christie Brinkley

Grin wider and show some pearly teeth. Wink. Whistle. Clap your applause. Tell her you like her enthusiasm for football, her new cat Ed with the off-beat head tilt to the left built in, or the way her hair tosses back when she laughs ~ and about that laugh: the one which explodes like diamonds cascading from the sky to rain wealth for all. If you’d like to court her at least honor in some way. Maybe so she knows that her quirky eyebrow expressions flutter your tummy or anytime she has that dress on it wears her and carries you away. Let him know his dog is as handsome as he is, his hugs should be patented, and that you feel his attention for caring about your safety, details, or thrill of flying keeps him a jumbo candidate as your number one. Everyone should know they are beautiful. Be one of those who informs them. And please say you love anyone and anything that you truly do. I think it’s an underused term. This one single word “love” comforts, connects, and cures.

There is a loftier ambition than merely to stand high in the world. It is to stoop down and lift mankind a little higher. ~Henry van Dyke

Look to be a surge protector in the metaphorical sense. In lieu of curbing a force of energy, you may peak any source by amplifying its electricity through your support. When you raise the lights around you the entire universe beams its sparkles that much brighter. Most flattering activities of word and deed build insta-roots for self-esteem. The coolest fact in that is how the shape is more bridge-like than else. For all the skeletons we are inside roaming around, the construction of relaxed gratification isn’t only immediate. It’s, also, permeable and bi-directional. When we provide grace through employing the natural exchange of compliments or kindness, we enhance that in ourselves. I even remember hearing decades ago that if I was upset and smiled at myself where I could see it my entire demeanor would shift. Suffice it to say that our loving behavior will never let us down.

No one is useless in this world who lightens the burden of it for any one else. ~Charles Dickens, Our Mutual Friend

The nerve to erect more forms of blissings unto this world is plain amazeballs.
