Impatient moping is fairly thwarted with a proper dose of renewal. Capturing our own attention can look a tad like chasing thirsty mosquitoes in the dead of a pitch black night. We are hellbent on radical ownership of domination in such affairs. However much, it comes with equal bloody, painful opportunity to be a hot mess. Sometimes our scope is the pirate’s eye trained through the spyglass way out to sea. Too acutely focused, we’re missing the Earthly options of girth (‘inserted’ mildly appropriate sexual innuendo for pure literary entertainment sake, as she requires from time to time). Hitherto, hark, a nearby hovering lullaby lilts. Has someone taken your cake (literally or figuratively feel this one out please)? Well, simply ‘bake’ a fresh one! Before we give up or give in to any sordid selection of screw-ups, we should call in the troops. These are popularly known as alternatives, favorites ~ the things we elect to think, do, and see.

Nothing in the universe can stop you from letting go and starting over. ~Guy Finley

Idling is a mandatory pardon we’re owed in order to restore. Although it lacks the nutrients for longevity. Helpless muscles are a waste of an excellent workout or physique. All that time defining a utility and yet failing to put it to use seems a bit foolish. Be the kind of serious hardass who would take a cruel public flogging if caught bending the arc of redemption. Yet, be gentle enough to bid yourself a warm eucalyptus Epsom salt bath to heal, while plastering your psyche with a useful mantra, such as: “Twerking is not working!” In truth, the extension of our faults is abstractly without bounds. Unvaryingly, we remain at the favor of an entire world. The actual range of our motions begets our emotions. Mobility creates agility to feed adaptability. It’s safer not to box yourself in. The more we resist shortsightedness, we improve our renovations of vision. Cop to an endless source of secretions from life’s juiciest core.

Don’t worry about being worried. You’re heading out on an adventure and you can always change your mind along the way and try something else. ~Tracy Kidder

One day the paper blooms words, while a string of others sees no more than blood from paper cuts screeching the tips of your fingers until you give in to a preposterously irresistible water balloon fight indoors! A lover rumples your skin because you let them intimidate you as if you were the cotton candy spun forth on their tongue turning that ghastly bright blue. Then again, what is truly needed is a kind human worth their salt in stability, who gets your mind before they get in bed with you. Relationship correcting, job hunting, family (dis)grace, practicing honesty or giving up poor habits all toll in the realm of technique. Out and about are billions of people, substitutes, or surrogates, also fetching a chance for your scrutiny. Seek to replace your avoidance of agonizing landscapes. With an intent to ride, equal of the little red Corvette top-down along the Pacific Coast Highway catching youthful summer breaths, this is a seasoned narrative therapy. Choices are the trend that never ends.

I was having a bad day, and my friend said, ‘Go wash your hair.’ I thought it was really silly — but it made me feel so much better. It might be a small thing, but it works. Washing it off and starting over. ~Kaley Cuoco

Collaboration is how you pick the lock to pluck your way into the bounty on the other side of that door. Your opinions inform my manners. If I jive with your routine, it’s a good omen for me to cavort with you heaps more. Teamwork is how we transcend from branding embarrassment to leaping from the ledge of importance. A novel clue can be the cure you’re looking for. Regrouping is illumination from the dank storm of a meltdown eroding. Let the little fishes in the Asian spa tickle your feet a half hour, eating away those callouses in lieu of instantly tackling the mountain of inbox emails. See what dreams may come from laying your head horizontal for the night at the same time the sun sets. I don’t care where you are at the moment, go brush your teeth, splash your face with cold agua, or spruce that hair and body with a perky scrub. Beat the diet meanies by brandishing a sweet nutrition hack. Orbit a different flow whenever you get stuck in your no, now, or know.

There are some things one can only achieve by a deliberate leap in the opposite direction. ~Franz Kafka

We can trace all collapse to textures of rigidness. Conservatism is far from my vocation or vocabulary. Experimentation of location and man is as compulsory as paste upon my toothbrush. Chasing risky wagers, where others rely on the airs of commercially viable wins, is one of my prescriptions. Inspect all vitals of your soul to uncover the greatest glory holes of reparation. You might survive me, but I aim to define you. Explore your contents as the child adopting approvals from their prized treasure box. The obvious limitations are leniency within measures of a mindset too closed. Be civilized enough to destroy assumptions that you fit any cloistered mold. Conquer the preference for authenticity with eccentricity. I’m merely peeking to identify all of us as legends with villainous threads all the same. I pose we stop prescribing tension. Filtering confidence to reverberate extensive fathoms of success is the sole foundation of a future I’m writing into survival. I wish to shock all ancestors and contemporaries by devoting enough words to optimism that future heirlooms know nothing less than blessings.

Be willing to be a beginner every single morning. ~Meister Eckhart
